Servicer Event of Default. One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

Servicer Event of Default wherever used herein, means any one of the following events:

Upon any such waiver of a default or Master Servicer Event of Default, such default or Master Servicer Event of Default shall cease to exist and shall be deemed to have been remedied for every purpose hereunder.

More Definitions of Servicer Event of Default

Servicer Event of Default. As defined in Section 7.01(a).

Servicer Event of Default means any of the Exchange Note Servicer Events of Default set forth in Section 7.05(a) of the 201[__]-[__] Servicing Supplement.
