Diocesan Corporate Member definition

Diocesan Corporate Member means the Diocesan Board of Education for the Diocese;

Diocesan Corporate Member means the Diocesan Board of Education acting through Worcester Diocesan Academies Trust, company number 07693683 and having been appointed to represent and enforce the rights, interests and powers of the Diocesan Board of Education as set out in the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991;

Diocesan Corporate Member means the Diocesan Board of Education acting through The Bath and Wells Diocesan Board of Finance, incorporated in England and Wales with company number 00139557, and having been appointed to represent and enforce the rights, interests and powers of the Diocesan Board of Education as set out in the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991;

• The Diocesan Corporate Member is not precluded by its membership of the Company from taking any action or exercising any function it has as Diocesan Board of Education under the Measure.

• The Members with the written consent of the Diocesan Corporate Member may agree by passing a special resolution to appoint such additional Members as they think fit.

Diocesan Corporate Member means in relation to Joint Church schools situated within the boundaries of the Church of England Diocese of Derby from time to time, the Derby Diocesan Board of Education acting either on its own or through the Derby Diocesan Board of Finance; the Diocesan Board of Finance having been appointed to represent and enforce the rights, interests and powers of the Diocesan Board of Education as set out in the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 2021 (or any successor measure). And “Diocesan Corporate Member” means such body and shall include any successor person or body who shall be appointed as a Foundation Member;

Diocesan Corporate Member means the Diocesan Board of Education acting through the Guildford Diocese Educational Trust (a registered company limited by guarantee with company registration number 07867464) and having been appointed to represent and enforce the rights, interests and powers of the Diocesan Board of Education as set out in the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991;
