Direct Charges definition

Direct Charges has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(c).
Direct Charges are any amounts payable to third parties that are arranged or managed by Service Provider for the direct benefit of a particular Recipient and are charged directly by the third party to such Recipient.
Direct Charges means direct non-salary costs incurred in fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, such as travel and subsistence, subcontract services, reproductions, computer charges, materials and supplies, and other related items charged at actual cost without any override or additives.

Examples of Direct Charges in a sentence

  • Ensure the Direct Charges on the invoice are allowable by contract.

  • Any other expenditure not covered or dealt with in the foregoing provisions of this Section II (Direct Charges), or in Section III (Overhead) and which is of direct benefit to the Joint Property and is incurred by the Operator in the necessary and proper conduct of the Joint Operations.

Related to Direct Charges

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
