Direct Drilling Costs definition
Direct Drilling Costs means the costs incurred by the Recipient for drilling the holes specified in Schedule 1 which may include costs payable pursuant to a drilling contract entered into or to be entered into between the Recipient and a drilling contractor for the purposes of the Project; includes a Mobilisation Amount (if applicable); and do not include administration and program management costs and costs associated with legal or ground access costs; geological, geochemical or geophysical work; laboratory analysis; or specific geoscientific analysis other than down hole directional surveys; ‘Drilling Completion Date’ means the actual date that the drilling is completed;
