DIS Rules definition

DIS Rules means the 2018 DIS Arbitration Rules (Schiedsgerichtsordnung der Deutschen Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. in der seit 1. März 2018 geltenden Fassung).
DIS Rules. “ means arbitration rules (DIS-SchO) of the German Institution of Arbitration (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V., DIS), as in effect at the time of initiation of the relevant arbitration proceedings ;
DIS Rules has the meaning set forth in section 10.8.

  • If either Party fails to select an arbitrator, or if the Party-appointed arbitrators cannot agree on a third arbitrator within [***] of the respondent receiving the claim, such arbitrator will be appointed in accordance with the DIS Rules.

  • The panel of 3 arbitrators shall conduct the arbitration in accordance with the DIS Rules.

Related to DIS Rules

  • CCASS Rules means the General Rules of CCASS and the CCASS Operational Procedures in effect from time to time;

  • Business Rules means the rules for day to day use of Interconnector Capacity in Schedule 4;

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.
