DISABLED PERSON PARKING PERMIT means a disabled person parking permit issued under the Highway Traffic Act or a permit, number plate or other marker or device issued by another jurisdiction and recognized under the Highway Traffic Act.
DISABLED PERSON PARKING PERMIT means a disabled person‐parking permit issued under the authority of the Highway Traffic Act and regulations made under the Act.
DISABLED PERSON PARKING PERMIT means a disabled person parking permit issued under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.
