Discontinued Multinational Account definition

Discontinued Multinational Account has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2.1.3 above.

  • In the event that any Multinational Account ceases to be a Multinational Account during the term of this Agreement (a "Discontinued Multinational Account"), then such Discontinued Multinational Account shall no longer be deemed to be a Multinational Account but shall be deemed to be a Designated Subscriber.

SPECIALTY PRESCRIPTION DRUG is a type of prescription drug listed on our formulary that generally is identified by, but not limited to, features such as: • being produced by DNA technology; • treats chronic or long term disease; • requires customized clinical monitoring and patient support; and • needs special handling.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Violent criminal activity means any criminal activity that has as one of its elements the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force substantial enough to cause, or be reasonably likely to cause, serious bodily injury or property damage.

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).
