Discount Offer definition

Discount Offer means the Company’s offer to permit the Warrants to be exercised by Holders at the Discount Offer Warrant Price during the Discount Offer Period.

  • Furthermore, the manner and means of publishing, communicating, or marketing a Discount Offer shall be in TSE or iBennie’s full absolute discretion, without any reservation of rights retained by You.

  • Furthermore, You represent and warrant that your use and collection of third party information as a result of the Discount Offer or this Agreement shall be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, or regulations, including, but not limited to the Term of Use and Privacy Policy as set forth on iBennie’s website for third party consumers using the website and taking advantage of the Discount Offer.

Related to Discount Offer

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Offer means the irrevocable written offer by each Term Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit O, submitted following the Administrative Agent’s receipt of a Solicited Discounted Prepayment Notice.

  • Discount Range Prepayment Offer means the irrevocable written offer by a Term Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit L, submitted in response to an invitation to submit offers following the Auction Agent’s receipt of a Discount Range Prepayment Notice.

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Notice means an irrevocable written notice of a Borrower Solicitation of Discounted Prepayment Offers made pursuant to Section 2.11(a)(ii)(D) substantially in the form of Exhibit M.

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Response Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(1).

  • Sell Offer means an offer to sell Capacity Resources in a Base Residual Auction, Incremental Auction, or Reliability Backstop Auction.
