Discount definition

Discount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.
Discount means with respect to any Purchaser:
Discount the discount percentage specified in the ‘Discount’ Section of the Order Form.

Examples of Discount in a sentence

  • If any Discounted Voluntary Prepayment Notice is given, the amount specified in such notice shall be due and payable to the applicable Lenders, subject to the Applicable Discount on the applicable Loans, on the date specified therein together with accrued interest (on the par principal amount) to but not including such date on the amount prepaid.

  • Contractor shall reconcile all Discount guarantees and Dispensing Fee guarantees on a bi- annual basis per the performance guarantee.

  • The Applicable Discount shall be applicable for all Lenders who have offered to participate in the Discounted Voluntary Prepayment and have Qualifying Loans.

More Definitions of Discount

Discount means, for any Tranche Period, (a) the product of (i) the Discount Rate for such Tranche Period, (ii) the total amount of Investment allocated to the Tranche Period, and (iii) the number of days elapsed during the Tranche Period divided by (b) 360 days.
