Dismantled Vehicle definition

Dismantled Vehicle means any vehicle that is partially or wholly disassembled.
Dismantled Vehicle means a vehicle that has, intentionally/unintentionally, one or more critical parts removed for 60 days or more. A critical part is any part needed to safely operate the vehicle including but not limited to a wheel or tire, windshield, door, side quarter panel, trunk, hood, roof, steering wheel, or transmission. A vehicle may be considered “dismantled” whether or not it is an operative condition.
