Display Window Agreement. The Display Window Agreement dated June 17, 1993 by and between RCP and RCMHPI, as modified by the Lease Modification and as further modified and extended by an agreement of even date herewith between Landlord and Tenant annexed hereto as Exhibit A-8.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
