Distressed Agent definition

Distressed Agent shall have the meaning provided in the definition of the term “Agent-Related Distress Event.”

Related to Distressed Agent

  • Distressed Person has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Lender-Related Distress Event.”

  • Designated Agent means any entity that performs actions or functions on behalf of the Transmission Provider, a Transmission Owner, an Eligible Customer, or the Transmission Customer required under the Tariff. Designated Entity:

  • authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.

  • Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;

  • Impaired Agent means the Agent at any time when:

  • Registered agent means the registered agent of:

  • Distressed Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that at the date of determination is Delinquent in payment for a period of 90 days or more without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the related Mortgage Note or for which the applicable Servicer or the Trustee has accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Titled Agent has the meaning given that term in Section 11.9.

  • Sheriff means the elected official who is the Sheriff of the County of Los Angeles.

  • Successor Servicer has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(e).

  • Loan originator The entity that closes a Mortgage Loan in its own name.

  • Distress Event means any of:

  • Substitute Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

  • Authorized Agent means an agent who is legally authorized to bind the Seller under the law of the State in which the Seller is legally organized. An Authorized Agent must sign all documents in the Bid Packet on behalf of the Seller. Under Oklahoma law, the Authorized Agent for each of the following types of entities is as stated below:

  • Receiver means a receiver or receiver and manager or administrative receiver of the whole or any part of the Charged Property.

  • Second Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Sub-Servicer Any Person with which the Master Servicer has entered into a Sub-Servicing Agreement and which meets the qualifications of a Sub-Servicer pursuant to Section 3.02.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Successor Agent has the meaning set out in Section 15.10.
