Distribution cell definition

Distribution cell means a dimensional zone that is part of a POWTS treatment or dispersal component where wastewater is disseminated into in situ soil or engineered soil.
Distribution cell means a layer of stone aggregate or synthetic aggregate that receives effluent from a distribution network and distributes that effluent onto a plowed in situ soil dispersal area.
