Distribution Domestic Point means a Domestic Point connecting a DSO and its Distribution Grid to the Transmission Grid either for offtake or injection.
Registered domestic partner means an individual joined in a domestic partnership that is registered by a county clerk in accordance with ORS 106.300 to 106.340.
Power Transfer Distribution Factor or “PTDF” shall mean a measure of the responsiveness or change in electrical loadings on Transmission Facilities due to a change in electric power transfer from one area to another, expressed in percent (up to 100%) of the change in power transfer in the pre-contingency configuration of a system under study.

Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. Distribution Plan means the plan hereafter approved by the MDL Court for the distribution of the Settlement Amount (net of any attorneys’ fees or costs that are awarded by the MDL Court) to Stanford Investors who have had their Claims allowed by the Receiver.
Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Designated domestic violence agency means a county-wide organization with a primary purpose to provide services to victims of domestic violence, and which provides services that conform to the core domestic violence services profile as defined by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in the Department of Children and Families and is under contract with the division for the express purpose of providing the services.

Certified Domestic Violence Specialist means a person who has fulfilled the requirements of certification as a Domestic Violence Specialist established by the New Jersey Association of Domestic Violence Professionals.

Distribution Licensee means a licensee authorised to operate and maintain a distribution system for supplying electricity to the consumers in his area of supply;
