Distribution Election Deadline definition

Distribution Election Deadline means 5:00 p.m. on the date that is two Business Days before the Creditors’ Meeting;
Distribution Election Deadline means the date that is four (4) Business Days after the scheduled date for the commencement of the Confirmation Hearing, which date shall be set forth in the Letter of Transmittal and be subject to extension with the consent of the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Senior Secured Noteholders.
Distribution Election Deadline has the meaning given to such term in the Meetings Order.
