Distribution Employees definition

Distribution Employees the employees of SFX listed on Section 5.07(h) of the Company Disclosure Schedule to the Merger Agreement.
Distribution Employees means Business Personnel classified as employees who work in the Partsmaster distribution centers in Greenville, Texas and Waco, Texas.
