Distribution System Owner definition

Distribution System Owner means the Transporter acting in its capacity as licensee under the Distribution System Owner Licence and its permitted successors and/or assigns;
Distribution System Owner means EAC in its capacity as owner of the distribution system;
Distribution System Owner means the person that is the holder of the DAO Licence from time to time;
