Distribution Systems definition

Distribution Systems. As defined in Section 1.1(c).
Distribution Systems means the local ground/overhead analogue Cable Television Network owned, controlled and legally used by the Affiliate to distribute the satellite television channels in the Areas and includes the local ground/overhead analogue Cable Television Network owned, controlled and legally used by the Local Cable Operators, which the Affiliate represents are connected to the Affiliate as on the date of execution of the Agreement and shall get signals of the Subscribed Channels from the Affiliate and specifically excludes distribution of satellite television channels through any other means including Digital (Non- Addressable) Analogue (Hybrid Networks).
Distribution Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(i)(C).

More Definitions of Distribution Systems

Distribution Systems means the distribution network(s) to ensure the distribution as defined in Article 2(5) of the Directive.

Related to Distribution Systems

  • Distribution System means the system of wires and associated facilities between the delivery points on the transmission lines or the generating station connection and the point of connection to the installation of the consumers;
