Distributions definition

Distributions means amounts payable in respect of the Trust Securities as provided in Section 4.1.
Distributions means any distributions of money or other property by the Company to owners of Shares, including distributions that may constitute a return of capital for federal income tax purposes.

  • In connection with all calculations required to be made pursuant to this Agreement with respect to Scheduled Distributions on any Loan, or any payments on any other assets included in the Collateral, with respect to the sale of and reinvestment in Loans, and with respect to the income that can be earned on Scheduled Distributions on such Loans and on any other amounts that may be received for deposit in the Collection Account, the provisions set forth in this Section 1.04 shall be applied.

More Definitions of Distributions

Distributions means all stock dividends, liquidating dividends, shares of stock resulting from (or in connection with the exercise of) stock splits, reclassifications, warrants, options, non-cash dividends, mergers, consolidations, and all other distributions (whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing) on or with respect to any Pledged Shares or other shares of capital stock constituting Collateral, but shall not include Dividends.
