If, upon such liquidation, dissolution or winding up, the amounts available for distribution to the holders of all Liquidation Parity Stock shall be insufficient to permit the payment in full to such holders of the preferential amounts to which they are entitled, then such amounts shall be paid ratably among the shares of Liquidation Parity Stock in accordance with the respective preferential amounts (including unpaid cumulative dividends, if any) payable with respect thereto if paid in full.
