Distributive Share means, at any time, a Limited Partner’s percentage entitlement to Distributable Income; and for any Unsigned First Nation, means such Unsigned First Nation’s percentage entitlement to Distributable Income that would, at such time, apply to the Unsigned First Nation if such Unsigned First Nation were a Limited Partner; in each case calculated in accordance with the Distribution Formula.
