While school is in summer recess, the District shall continue to post vacancies occurring in the District on a designated bulletin board at the District Service Center and on the District’s website.
In providing services to the District, Service Provider may have access to confidential records, data and information concerning students and employees of the District.
This restriction does not apply to District Service Center administrators.
Employees on authorized leaves of absence shall not lose any rights accrued at the time the leave is granted and such authorized leave of absence shall not be deemed a break in District Service.
