Dividend Price definition

Dividend Price means the Average Price in respect of shares of Class A Common Stock for the Dividend Determination Period in the relevant Dividend Year.
Dividend Price means the Average Price per share of Common Stock for the Dividend Determination Period in the relevant Dividend Year.
Dividend Price means the Average Price per share of Common Stock for the last ten (10) consecutive Trading Days of the relevant Dividend Period.
