Dividend Price definition

Dividend Price means the Average Price in respect of shares of Class A Common Stock for the Dividend Determination Period in the relevant Dividend Year.
Dividend Price means the Average Price per share of Common Stock for the Dividend Determination Period in the relevant Dividend Year.

  • PIK Dividends shall be paid by delivering to each record holder of Preferred Shares a number of shares of Common Stock (“PIK Dividend Shares”) determined by dividing (x) the total aggregate dollar amount of dividends accrued and unpaid with respect to Preferred Shares owned by such record holder on the record date for the applicable Dividend Payment Date (rounded to the nearest whole cent) by (y) the applicable PIK Dividend Price.

  • If Regular Dividends are to be paid in shares of Common Stock, then each Holder shall be entitled to receive such number of whole shares of Common Stock as is determined by dividing the pro rata amount of Regular Dividends to which a holder is entitled by the Dividend Price (provided, however, that any fractional shares of Common Stock due pursuant to such calculation shall not be paid and instead the nearest lower whole number of shares of Common Stock shall be paid).
