Division C means the scope of application, wage, employee or ratio provisions applicable to all Chapters, other than those specifically applicable to Division B and D.

Examples of Division C in a sentence

  • The following listed special provisions are attached to and made a part of this contract as Division C.

  • If, prior to seeking resolution of a dispute by presenting a 42 grievance hereunder, or while the grievance proceeding is in progress, a member seeks resolution of the 43 matter through the grievance procedures provided in University Standards 577-041 or 580-021, the 44 University shall have no obligation to entertain or proceed further with the matter pursuant to this 45 grievance procedure or pursuant to Division C (ARBITRATION) of this Article.

  • The arbitrator is to be chosen as provided in Section 3, Division C of Article 28 (RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES).

  • If, prior to seeking resolution of a dispute by presenting a grievance hereunder, or while the grievance proceeding is in progress, a member seeks resolution of the matter through the grievance procedures provided in University Standards 577-041 or 580-021, the University shall have no obligation to entertain or proceed further with the matter pursuant to this grievance procedure or pursuant to Division C (ARBITRATION) of this Article.

  • In accordance with FAR 4.1703, Section 743(a)(3) of Division C of Public Law 111-117, Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) and the Revised Department of Defense Contractor Manpower Reporting Initiative, the contractor shall report required information for Services Contracts meeting specific thresholds and that are within four (4) prescribed Product Service Codes (PSCs).

  • Under this Act, the LPA and every sub-recipient or subcontractor shall register with and participate in a federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to electronically verify information of newly hired employees pursuant to the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996, Public Law 104-208., Division C, Section 403(a); 8 USC, Section 1324a.

  • Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service of an employee from the date of hire in a permanent full-time or permanent part-time position within Division C of the bargaining unit.

  • If, prior to seeking resolution of a dispute by presenting a grievance hereunder, or while the grievance proceeding is in progress, a member seeks resolution of the matter through the grievance procedures provided in either OAR Chapter 577, Division 42 or OAR Chapter 580, Division 21, the University shall have no obligation to entertain or proceed further with the matter pursuant to this grievance procedure or pursuant to Division C (ARBITRATION) of this Article.

  • Seniority shall operate on a Board- wide basis within Division C only.

  • The grievance-arbitration procedure set forth in Sections 17.13 through 17.24 shall be applicable only to disputes arising under Division C of this article.

Related to Division C

  • Division Successor means any Person that, upon the consummation of a Division of a Dividing Person, holds all or any portion of the assets, liabilities and/or obligations previously held by such Dividing Person immediately prior to the consummation of such Division. A Dividing Person which retains any of its assets, liabilities and/or obligations after a Division shall be deemed a Division Successor upon the occurrence of such Division.

  • Division board means the board of the title guaranty division created pursuant to Iowa Code section 16.2A(1).

  • Division Director means the Director of the Division of Family Services within the Department.

  • Division means the division of the assets, liabilities and/or obligations of a Person (the “Dividing Person”) among two or more Persons (whether pursuant to a “plan of division” or similar arrangement), which may or may not include the Dividing Person and pursuant to which the Dividing Person may or may not survive.

  • Divisions means the primary operational business areas of the DB Group, which include the core revenue generating areas and infrastructure and support areas, as established or adjusted by Deutsche Bank, in its discretion, from time to time. Each Division is divided into smaller operating business units.
