Dock Facilities definition

Dock Facilities means a collective reference to each of the structures constituting the "dock," "catwalks" and "moorings" located on Parcel 5 of the Retained Sites and Parcels 4 and 6 of the Facility Site to be used for the loading and/or unloading by ship, barge or similar craft of coal and/or fuel oil; for the avoidance of doubt, the Dock Facilities shall not include any equipment located on or near the Dock Facilities used in connection with such loading and/or unloading, such as the coal xxxxxx and conveyor system, any crane and/or other related equipment.

Examples of Dock Facilities in a sentence

  • Dock equipment and facilities that are not included in the definition of "Dock Facilities" .

  • The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that construction of the New Dock Facilities may implicate certain rights and obligations of the parties to the BFG Dock Facilities Agreement, including ISP Synthetic Elastomers LP (“ISP”), or any third party assignee of its interests in the BFG Dock Facilities.

  • We also own a 50 percent interest in PI Dock Facilities LLC (PI Dock) and have agreed to lend PI Dock up to $90 million to finance construction costs of a crude dock and certain shared facilities.

  • BCI shall be responsible for payment of all payroll taxes or contributions payable under the Federal Insurance Contributions Act, the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, and under applicable State Unemployment Insurance or Compensation Laws and any amendments to these laws, measured by wages paid by BCI to its employees and to the employees of any contractor of BCI with respect to employment of said employees in the operation of the Dock Facilities and the services to be performed hereunder.

  • BCI shall make reasonable efforts to operate the Dock Facilities to achieve maximum capacity and efficiency.

  • BCI shall provide insurance coverage for the Dock Facilities and all related facilities and appurtenances owned by it, whether located on its property or on BCP's property.

  • In the event of such taking, the parties hereto shall each be entitled to claim and have paid to them for their respective use and benefit a proportional part, as their interests may appear, of the amount awarded as compensation for the Dock Facilities so taken.

Related to Dock Facilities

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • DIP Facilities means the DIP ABL Facility and the DIP Term Loan Facility.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.
