Dock Facilities definition

Dock Facilities means a collective reference to each of the structures constituting the "dock," "catwalks" and "moorings" located on Parcel 5 of the Retained Sites and Parcels 4 and 6 of the Facility Site to be used for the loading and/or unloading by ship, barge or similar craft of coal and/or fuel oil; for the avoidance of doubt, the Dock Facilities shall not include any equipment located on or near the Dock Facilities used in connection with such loading and/or unloading, such as the coal xxxxxx and conveyor system, any crane and/or other related equipment.

Examples of Dock Facilities in a sentence

  • Dock equipment and facilities that are not included in the definition of "Dock Facilities" .

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Parking Facilities means the parking area located on the Property, containing the approximate number of lined parking spaces set forth in the Building Description, which parking area is provided as Common Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Hospital facilities means any of the following:

  • DIP Facilities means the DIP ABL Facility and the DIP Term Loan Facility.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
