Dock Facilities definition

Dock Facilities means a collective reference to each of the structures constituting the "dock," "catwalks" and "moorings" located on Parcel 5 of the Retained Sites and Parcels 4 and 6 of the Facility Site to be used for the loading and/or unloading by ship, barge or similar craft of coal and/or fuel oil; for the avoidance of doubt, the Dock Facilities shall not include any equipment located on or near the Dock Facilities used in connection with such loading and/or unloading, such as the coal ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and conveyor system, any crane and/or other related equipment.
