Dockless Vehicle definition

Dockless Vehicle means any transport device (whether mechanically propelled or not) which is made available to hire through a Dockless Hire Scheme and which is a pedal cycle, electrically assisted pedal cycle, or any similar class of transport device which may be lawfully used on the highway.
Dockless Vehicle or “Vehicle” means either an:

Many such vehicles have lower carbon footprints than cars, motorbikes, and other forms of personal transport. The use of dockless vehicles can significantly lower one’s carbon footprint and reduce traffic in built-up areas.
