Document Custodian definition

Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.

Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, and any successor thereto appointed under this Agreement, in its capacity as document custodian hereunder.

Document Custodian means Alter Domus (US) LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

Examples of Document Custodian in a sentence

• Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is hereby expressly agreed and stipulated by the other parties hereto that the Document Custodian shall not be required to exercise any discretion hereunder and shall have no investment or management responsibility.

• The rights, protections, immunities and indemnities afforded to the Collateral Agent under this Agreement shall also be afforded to the Document Custodian.

• The Document Custodian agrees that, with respect to any Related Contracts at any time or times in its possession, the Document Custodian shall be the agent of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, for purposes of perfecting (to the extent not otherwise perfected) the Collateral Agent’s security interest in the Collateral and for the purpose of ensuring that such security interest is entitled to first priority status under the UCC.

Document Custodian means Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.
