Document Custodian definition

Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.
Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, and any successor thereto appointed under this Agreement, in its capacity as document custodian hereunder.
Document Custodian means Alter Domus (US) LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

  • The Document Custodian hereby accepts such agency appointment to act as Document Custodian pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, until its resignation or removal as Document Custodian pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • During the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, the foregoing provision with respect to the release to the Collateral Manager of the Required Loan Documents and documents by the Document Custodian upon request by the Collateral Manager shall be operative only to the extent that the Administrative Agent have consented to such release.

Document Custodian means Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.
