Document Custodian definition

Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.
Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, and any successor thereto appointed under this Agreement, in its capacity as document custodian hereunder.
Document Custodian means Alter Domus (US) LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

Examples of Document Custodian in a sentence

  • The Document Custodian shall in all events have no liability, risk or cost for any action taken pursuant to and in compliance with the instruction of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent.

  • The Borrower shall have paid all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Agents (including the Outgoing Document Custodian and the Successor Document Custodian) and the Lenders (including reasonable and documented fees and expenses of each Agents’ outside counsel and the Lenders’ outside counsel) incurred in connection with this Agreement.

Document Custodian means Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.
