Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, and any successor thereto appointed under this Agreement, in its capacity as document custodian hereunder.

• The Document Custodian hereby accepts such agency appointment to act as Document Custodian pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, until its resignation or removal as Document Custodian pursuant to the terms hereof.

Document Custodian means Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, or any other financial institution mutually agreeable to the Collateral Agent and the Borrower, as document custodian holding documentation for Portfolio Investments, on behalf of the Borrower and, pursuant to the Document Custody Agreement, the Collateral Agent. The term “Document Custodian” includes any agent or sub-custodian acting on behalf of the Document Custodian.

Document Custodian means State Street Bank and Trust Company, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as document custodian under that certain Document Custody Agreement.

Document Custodian has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
