Document Custodian definition

Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.
Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, and any successor thereto appointed under this Agreement, in its capacity as document custodian hereunder.
Document Custodian means Alter Domus (US) LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

  • In addition, if requested in writing in the form of Exhibit E by the Collateral Manager and approved by the Administrative Agent within ten (10) Business Days of the Document Custodian’s delivery of such report, the Document Custodian shall return the Underlying Instruments for any Loan which fails to satisfy a Review Criteria to the Borrower.

  • After the Review Period, the Document Custodian shall execute and deliver to the Collateral Manager and the Administrative Agent a certification (a “Document Custodian Certificate”) substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit K, including an attached exception report (an “Exception Report”).
