Documentary material means the original or a copy of any book, record, report, memorandum, paper, communication, tabulation, map, chart, photograph, mechanical transcription, or other tangible document or recording.
Documentary draft means a draft to be presented for acceptance or payment if specified documents, certificated securities as defined in section 8102 or instructions for uncertificated securities as defined in section 8102, or other certificates, statements, or the like are to be received by the drawee or other payor before acceptance or payment of the draft.
Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.
Documentary evidence means any matter expressed or described upon any substance by means of letters, figures or marks intended to be used for the recording of that matter and produced before a court.
Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to or amendment and restatement of the Preliminary Prospectus and/or the Final Prospectus, and any further amendment, amendment and restatement or supplemental prospectus thereto or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Company under Canadian Securities Laws relating to the Distribution of the Offered Securities thereunder;
Production means a method of obtaining goods including manufacturing, assembling, processing, raising, growing, breeding, mining, extracting, harvesting, fishing, trapping, gathering, collecting, hunting and capturing.
Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
Proved Developed Producing Reserves means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Producing” in the Definitions, “Proved Developed Nonproducing Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Nonproducing” in the Definitions, and “Proved Undeveloped Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the Definitions.
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:
Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.
Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
Documentary Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit that is drawable upon presentation of documents evidencing the sale or shipment of goods purchased by the Borrower or a Guarantor in the ordinary course of its business.

Manufacturing Costs means, with respect to a given AquaBounty Product, the full-time equivalent costs (under a reasonable accounting mechanism to be agreed upon by the Parties) and out-of-pocket costs that AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates incurred in manufacturing such products, including costs and expenses incurred in connection with (a) the development or validation of any manufacturing process, formulations or delivery systems, or improvements to the foregoing; (b) manufacturing scale-up; (c) in-process testing, stability testing and release testing; (d) quality assurance/quality control development; (e) internal and Third Party costs and expenses incurred in connection with qualification and validation of Third Party contract manufacturers, including scale up, process and equipment validation, and initial manufacturing licenses, approvals and inspections; (f) packaging development and final packaging and labeling; (g) shipping configurations and shipping studies; and (h) overseeing the conduct of any of the foregoing. “Manufacturing Costs” shall further include: (i) to the extent that any such AquaBounty Product is manufactured by a Third Party manufacturer, the out-of-pocket costs incurred by AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates to the Third Party for the manufacture and supply (including packaging and labeling) thereof, and any reasonable out-of-pocket costs and direct labor costs incurred by AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates in managing or overseeing the Third Party relationship determined in accordance with the books and records of such Party or its Affiliates maintained in accordance with US GAAP; and (ii) to the extent that any such AquaBounty Product is manufactured by AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates, direct material and direct labor costs attributable to such product, as well as reasonably allocable overhead expenses, determined in accordance with the books and records of AquaBounty or its Affiliates maintained in accordance with US GAAP.
Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.
Packaging means the assembly of components necessary to ensure compliance with the packaging requirements of these regulations. It may consist of one or more receptacles, absorbent materials, spacing structures, thermal insulation, radiation shielding, and devices for cooling or absorbing mechanical shocks. The vehicle, tie-down system, and auxiliary equipment may be designated as part of the packaging.
Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other similar interests that constitute a burden on, and are measured by or are payable out of, the production of Hydrocarbons or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof (including any amounts payable to publicly traded royalty trusts), but excluding Taxes and assessments of Governmental Entities.
COGS means the cost of goods sold as determined in accordance with U.S.GAAP;
Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.
Marketing Material means bank books, bank information memoranda, offering memoranda, offering circulars, road show presentations, prospectuses, registration statements and other information packages, similar materials and marketing materials (including, to the extent necessary, an additional bank information memorandum that does not include material non-public information), in each case, prepared in connection with the Financing and reasonably requested by Parent or the Financing Sources that is customarily delivered in connection with debt financings of the type being arranged.
SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.
