Adelphia shall retain on file all applicable Documentation of Authorization (as defined in Schedule 10.11.1), including letters of agency or any other method permitted by Applicable Law relating to the Customer's selection of Adelphia as its primary local exchange carrier.
certificate of authorization means a certificate of authorization issued to a professional corporation pursuant to the Public Accounting Act, 2004 to permit it to engage in the practice of public accounting;
Letter of Authority means the letter of authority executed by me whereby I authorise one or more persons to operate and give instructions in respect of the Account(s) for and on my behalf.
Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, licenses, notifications, registrations or authorizations of any Governmental Authority for the testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction, including, without limitation, registration and listing, INDs, NDAs and similar applications.
ACH Authorization means the ACH Debit Authorization Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit H.
Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.
