Documentation of Transfers. You can receive a transaction receipt at the time you make any transfer to, from, or between your account(s) using an ATM. · If you have arranged to have direct deposits (which are electronic funds transfers as described in Section 4) made to your asset account(s) at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, the person or company making the deposit will tell you every time they send us the money. You may visit any branch, call us at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000, or access your transaction history via ComputerLine, MoneyLine, Green on the Go® for mobile, or the MSUFCU Mobile app to find out whether the deposit has been made. · You will get a statement every month if you have authorized any electronic funds transfer service described in Section 4. If no electronic funds transfer occurs in a particular calendar quarter, you will still receive a statement for that quarter. However, for an asset account to which you have authorized no electronic funds transfers other than preauthorized credits, you will get a statement quarterly. On any account considered dormant, a statement will be sent to you annually. · Periodic statements we send you on accounts that are subject to electronic funds transfers described in Section 4 and transaction receipts issued by an ATM are admissible evidence. · Your right to documentation as set forth above in this section does not apply when the electronic funds transfer occurs outside of the United States.

If you arrange to have direct deposits made to your Account at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, you can call us at the number listed on your Account statement to verify such deposits.

Documentation of Transfers. Each transfer, mortgage, assignment or subletting to which there has been consent shall be by an instrument in writing in a form satisfactory to Lessor, and shall be executed by (i) the transferor, mortgagor, assignor or sublessor, who shall affirm its continuing liability under the Lease; (ii) the transferee, mortgagee, assignee or sublessee, who shall agree in writing for the benefit of Lessor to assume, to be bound by and to perform the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease; and (iii) by Lessor, for the purpose of acknowledging its consent. One executed copy of such written instrument shall be delivered to Lessor. The acceptance of Base Rent from any other person shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any of the provisions of this Lease or a consent to the transfer, mortgage, assignment or subletting of the Premises.
Documentation of Transfers. You will get a receipt documenting the transaction at the time you make any transfer to or from your account using a terminal (ATM). If you use PASS or Online Banking, you will not get a receipt; instead your transaction will appear on your statement. You will get a monthly statement. However, with respect to a savings account, if there are no electronic fund transfers in a particular month, you will get the statement at least quarterly.
Documentation of Transfers. Terminal Transfers: After each EFT transaction greater than $15, you will receive a receipt (unless you request otherwise) from the Participating Merchant or ATM terminal. You may not receive a receipt for an EFT transaction of $15 or less. Preauthorized Transfers: If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your account at least once every sixty (60) days from the same person or company, you can call or write us to find out whether or not the preauthorized deposit has been made to your account at the telephone number and address appearing on your periodic statement or as shown on this Agreement.

However, this transaction record is not final since each transaction is subject to verification by the Bank. If the transaction record and the Bank’s records conflict, the Bank’s records will control.
