Dollar Swingline Rate definition

Dollar Swingline Rate means, at any time, the higher of:
Dollar Swingline Rate means, with respect to any Dollar Swingline Loan, a rate in respect of such Dollar Swingline Loan that is agreed upon by the Company and the Swingline Lender (it being understood and agreed that if a Dollar Swingline Rate cannot be so agreed upon by the Company and the Swingline Lender in respect of such Dollar Swingline Loan, then, at the Company’s election, either (i) the “Dollar Swingline Rate” for such Dollar Swingline Loan shall be equal to the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Spread for ABR Borrowings or (ii) the request for such Dollar Swingline Loan made by the applicable Borrower shall be deemed automatically terminated and cancelled and of no further force or effect).

Examples of Dollar Swingline Rate in a sentence

  • The rate of interest on each Swingline Advance for each Interest Period shall accrue from day to day and is (in the case of any Dollar Swingline Advance) the Dollar Swingline Rate or (in the case of any Euro Swingline Advance) the Euro Swingline Rate.

  • The rate of interest on each Swingline Advance for each Interest Period shall accrue from day to day and is the percentage rate per annum determined by the Dollar Swingline Agent (in the case of any Dollar Swingline Advance) to be the Dollar Swingline Rate or by the Euro Swingline Agent (in the case of any Euro Swingline Advance) to be the Euro Swingline Rate.

Related to Dollar Swingline Rate

  • Swingline Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate as offered by the Administrative Agent and accepted by the Borrower. The Borrower is under no obligation to accept this rate and the Administrative Agent is under no obligation to provide it.

  • Swing Line Rate means an interest rate per annum offered by the Swing Line Lender with respect to the Swing Line Loans, as determined in its sole discretion, but in any event not in excess of the rate applicable to Base Rate Loans at the time of determination.

  • Euro-Dollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Revolving Credit Loans as defined in Section 2.1.

  • Revolving Credit Base Rate Option A fluctuating rate per annum (computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed) equal to the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin, such interest rate to change automatically from time to time effective as of the effective date of each change in the Base Rate; or

  • Revolving Credit Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage means, as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the ratio of (a) the amount of the Revolving Credit Commitment of such Revolving Credit Lender to (b) the Revolving Credit Commitment of all the Revolving Credit Lenders.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Revolving Credit Committed Amount has the meaning described in Section 2.1.1 (Revolving Credit Facility).

  • Revolving Credit Percentage as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment then constitutes of the Total Revolving Credit Commitments (or, at any time after the Revolving Credit Commitments shall have expired or terminated, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding).

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Facility Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) any Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • Revolving Credit Limit has the meaning set forth in the Schedule.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Revolving Credit Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the Termination Date.

  • Revolving Credit Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Period the period from and including the Closing Date to the Revolving Credit Termination Date.

  • ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.

  • Multicurrency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Multicurrency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of such Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Multicurrency LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Multicurrency Percentage of the total Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Multicurrency Commitments.
