Domestic Foreign Holding Company definition

Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any direct or indirect Domestic Subsidiary that is treated as a disregarded entity for United States federal income tax purposes if all of its assets (other than a de minimus amount) consist of the equity of one or more direct or indirect Foreign Subsidiaries.
Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower that owns no material assets (held directly or indirectly through one or more disregarded entities) other than capital stock (or capital stock and/or debt) of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs and/or Domestic Foreign Holding Companies.
Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a disregarded entity for U.S. federal income tax purposes with no material assets other than Equity Interests and/or Indebtedness of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries and other assets incidental thereto.

Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that holds no material assets other than Equity Interests (or Equity Interests and Indebtedness) of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that is a “controlled foreign corporation” within the meaning of Section 957 of the Code.
