Domestic Rate Margin definition

Domestic Rate Margin appearing in Section 1.3(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety and as so amended shall read as follows:
Domestic Rate Margin means zero percent (0%) per annum.
Domestic Rate Margin is defined in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

Examples of Domestic Rate Margin in a sentence

  • Each Domestic Rate Loan made by a Bank shall bear interest (computed on the basis of a 365 or 366 day year, as applicable, and actual days elapsed) on the unpaid principal amount thereof from the date such Loan is made until maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Domestic Rate Margin plus the Domestic Rate from time to time in effect, payable on the last day of the applicable Interest Period and at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise).

  • Level I Total Funded Debt Ratio less than 1.00x and Cash Flow Coverage Ratio less than 1.50x -- Domestic Rate Margin equal to 0%, Eurodollar Margin equal to .75% and Commitment Fee equal to .20%.

  • Upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 hereof, the Banks hereby waive the effect on the Domestic Rate Margin, Eurocurrency Rate Margin and Facility Fee Rate resulting from such late delivery of the Interim Ibico Certificate and agree that such amounts shall each be determined and retroactively effective as if the Interim Ibico Certificate had been timely delivered.

  • The following definitions are hereby inserted into Section 5.1 of the Credit Agreement in their proper alphabetical order: "Applicable Domestic Rate Margin" is defined in Section 2.11 hereof.

  • The Company has requested that the Banks waive the effect on the Domestic Rate Margin, Eurocurrency Rate Margin and Facility Fee Rate resulting from the Company's failure to deliver the Interim Ibico Certificate within the time period set forth in the definition of "Pricing Date".


More Definitions of Domestic Rate Margin

Domestic Rate Margin means (A) 0% per annum for any Pricing Period for which Level I Status exists and (B) 0.25% per annum for any Pricing Period for which either Level II Status or Level III Status exists.
