Examples of Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin in a sentence
Except as otherwise provided in Sections 3.1(d) and 3.8, the unpaid principal amount of any Eurodollar Rate Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Eurodollar Rate for that Eurodollar Rate Loan plus the Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin.
For Eurodollar Rate Loans, at a rate per annum equal at all times during the applicable Interest Period for each Eurodollar Rate Loan to the sum of the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin, payable in arrears (i) on the last day of such Interest Period and (ii) if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on each day during such Interest Period that occurs every three months from the first day of such Interest Period.

Section 3.01(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the text "Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin then in effect with respect to Revolving Loans" appearing in said Section and inserting the text "Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Revolving Loans maintained as Eurodollar Loans" in lieu thereof.
