Domgas Facilities definition
Domgas Facilities means the Common Property, Domgas Property and LNG Property required for the production of natural gas for delivery and use in the said State;
Domgas Facilities means the domestic gas plant to be constructed by the T2JV Participants on the Pluto Site. Energy Value means in relation to a quantity of petroleum product the thermal energy value equivalent of that quantity in joules calculated in accordance with good industry practice. Fields Area means, at any time during the Term, the area comprising all of the areas then the subject of the Identified Petroleum Titles and all of the areas then the subject of Petroleum Titles derived from the whole or any part of an Identified Petroleum Title. Fields Area Domgas means natural gas and liquefied natural gas produced for delivery and use in the said State produced by the Scarborough Participants from natural gas recovered after the Commencement Date from a well or ▇▇▇▇▇ in the Fields Area, but it does not include:
