Door to Door Transportation definition

Door to Door Transportation means through the Compliance Period, transportation at no charge to the resident using a third party provider or a vehicle owned by the Project Owner, at least two (2) round trips per week, to either pre-scheduled visits to Grocery Stores or other retail shopping centers with at least 5,000 square feet or a combination of smaller retail locations aggregating at least 5,000 square feet or to appointments arranged by the resident within a ten (10) mile radius with twenty-four (24) hour notice.
Door to Door Transportation means transportation of the client from the outside door of his/her residence to the outside door of his/her destination, including the return trip. “Door-to-door” is further defined herein to mean the transport of the client from the ground level door of his/her residence to the ground level door of his/her destination, including the return trip. The dwelling should be accessible by means of an ADA-approved (Americans with Disabilities Act) ramp or client- provided assistance.
