Draft Instrument definition

Draft Instrument means, with respect to any Originated Collateral Obligation, a substantially final draft of the related loan agreement (or other principal document under which such Originated Collateral Obligation will be made).
Draft Instrument means a draft Scottish statutory instrument laid before the Scottish Parliament in accordance with the provisions of any enactment;
Draft Instrument means, with respect to any Fund Asset originated by the Company, a substantially final draft of the related loan agreement (or other principal document under which such originated Fund Asset will be made).
