Violations of these provisions will lead to significant penalties, including Club fines in an amount not less than $50,000 and individual fines in an amount not less than $10,000, as well as the potential forfeiture of Club Draft Picks, as determined to be appropriate by the Commissioner or his designee, in consultation with the Executive Director of the NHLPA.
Sample means urine, blood, breath, saliva, or hair.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.
Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.
Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
Certified applicator means any individual who is licensed as a commercial pesticide applicator, commercial pesticide operator, public operator, private-commercial applicator, demonstration and research applicator, or certified private applicator, or any other individual who is certified by the director to use or supervise the use of any pesticide which is classified by the EPA or the director as a restricted use pesticide.
Campaign means the organized effort to expressly advocate the nomination, election, or defeat of a candidate for state or local office in Iowa. “Campaign” also means the organized effort to expressly advocate the passage or defeat of a ballot issue.
technical service means an organisation or body designated by the approval authority of a Member State as a testing laboratory to carry out tests, or as a conformity assessment body to carry out the initial assessment and other tests or inspections, on behalf of the approval authority, it being possible for the approval authority itself to carry out those functions;
Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Procurement item means a supply, a service, Custom Deliverable, construction, or technology that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.
Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.
