Drilling Contracts definition

Drilling Contracts has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(e)(i).
Drilling Contracts means, collectively, the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Drilling Contract and the West Sirius Drilling Contracts.
Drilling Contracts means any contractual arrangement with respect to the Vessel providing for the use or employment of the Vessel for the locating of, drilling for, development of, extraction of or processing of Crude Oil, Natural Gas or mineral deposits found in underwater locations, and activities ancillary thereto.

  • Company shall pay Contractor at the rate stipulated in the Work Orders or Drilling Contracts provided for herein.

  • Except as separately identified on Schedule 2.1(f)(i) or 2.1(f)(ii), each of the Drilling Contracts and Other Contracts may be transferred to Buyer without the consent of any person.

  • Execute all Drilling Contracts, or cause all Drilling Contracts to be executed, in the name of the Partnership or an agent on behalf of the Partnership.

  • FM O&G and Noble will work together in good faith to facilitate the demobilization of the Drilling Units in accordance with the terms of the Drilling Contracts.

  • To the extent there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and those of the Drilling Contracts, the terms of this Agreement shall control.


More Definitions of Drilling Contracts

Drilling Contracts means any charter for the Drilling Rig and any daywork, footage, turnkey, and other drilling contracts of Seller associated with the Drilling Rig, as listed on Schedule 1.1.
