Interconnection Agreements definition

Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) an agreement by and among Owner, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the U.S. Border of the NECEC Transmission Line with the Québec Line and (b) an agreement by and between Owner and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the NECEC Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE. The Interconnection Agreements shall address cost responsibilities among entities other than the Distribution Company and the other RFP Sponsors and shall include provisions, both technical and otherwise, for safe and reliable interconnected operations of the HVDC Transmission Project following Commercial Operation (including use of the HVDC Transmission Project for the delivery of electric power in emergency circumstances).
Interconnection Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(f).
Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) the agreement(s) required to be executed among U.S. Transmission Provider, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE to interconnect the U.S. Transmission Line with the Québec Line at the U.S./Canada border and (b) the agreement(s) required to be executed among U.S. Transmission Provider and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the U.S. Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE.

  • Within thirty (30) calendar days after the Effective Date, Licensee shall provide the Judicial Council copies of all forms of other agreements including but not limited to Interconnection Agreements, rebate agreements, or other required agreements which Licensee anticipates that it will require the Judicial Council to execute in order to effectuate the purpose of this SLA.

More Definitions of Interconnection Agreements

Interconnection Agreements means one or more Interconnection Service Agreements entered into with National Grid which authorize the interconnection of the Solar Energy Facility with the local electric distribution system of National Grid, which confirms the entirety of or each unit of the Solar Energy Facility as eligible for treatment as a Net Metering Facility of a Municipality or Other Government Entity, as applicable.
Interconnection Agreements means any interconnection agreement described in section 7.9.1 of this SLA.

Interconnection Agreements means each Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between the Issuer and/or any Subsidiary Guarantor, on the one hand, and (a) BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (b) Sprint companies (including Sprint Florida Incorporated, Carolina Telephone, Telegraph Company and Central Telephone CompanyNorth Carolina Division, United Telephone Company of the Carolinas, United Telephone – Southeast Inc., Central Telephone Company of Xxxxxxx and United Telephone – Southeast Inc.), or (c) Verizon companies (including Verizon Florida, Inc., GTE South Incorporated, GTE Southwest Incorporated d/b/a Verizon Southwest, Verizon Delaware, Inc., Verizon South, Inc., Verizon Maryland, Inc., Verizon New Jersey, Inc., Verizon New York, Inc., Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc., Verizon Virginia, Inc., Verizon Washington D.C. Inc., Verizon West Virginia, Inc.), on the other hand, and any agreement replacing any such Interconnection Agreement from time to time.
