Interconnection Agreements definition

Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) an agreement by and among Owner, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the U.S. Border of the NECEC Transmission Line with the Québec Line and (b) an agreement by and between Owner and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the NECEC Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE. The Interconnection Agreements shall address cost responsibilities among entities other than the Distribution Company and the other RFP Sponsors and shall include provisions, both technical and otherwise, for safe and reliable interconnected operations of the HVDC Transmission Project following Commercial Operation (including use of the HVDC Transmission Project for the delivery of electric power in emergency circumstances).

Interconnection Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(f).

Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) the agreement(s) required to be executed among U.S. Transmission Provider, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE to interconnect the U.S. Transmission Line with the Québec Line at the U.S./Canada border and (b) the agreement(s) required to be executed among U.S. Transmission Provider and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the U.S. Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE.

• If a Transmission Project includes more than one Designated Public Policy Project as identified in accordance with Attachment Y to the ISO OATT, the ISO may treat each Designated Public Policy Project comprising the Transmission Project as a separate Transmission Project for purposes of this Section 22.11 and tender separate draft Transmission Project Interconnection Agreements together with draft appendices to each Designated Entity, as applicable.

• Any unspent payments of the total cost responsibility for the upgrades to the Interconnecting Transmission Owner will be refunded to the respective Interconnection Customers that executed the Interconnection Agreement and provided to the Interconnecting Transmission Owner the twenty (20) percent deposit (or initial payment) if all the associated Interconnection Requests are withdrawn from the interconnection queue and the associated Interconnection Agreements are terminated.

• This Amendment shall amend, modify and revise the Interconnection Agreements only to the extent set forth expressly in Section 1 of this Amendment, and, except to the extent set forth in Section 1 of this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Interconnection Agreements shall remain in full force and effect after the Effective Date.

• The Parties agree in a good faith effort to attempt to resolve all disputes arising out of the interconnection process and associated study and Interconnection Agreements.

• As set forth in Section 7.4 of the GIDAP, the CAISO may determine through this assessment that Delivery Network Upgrades already identified and included in executed Generator Interconnection Agreements should be modified in order to reflect the current circumstances of Interconnection Customers in the queue, including any withdrawals therefrom, and any additions and upgrades approved in the CAISO’s most recent Transmission Planning Process cycle.

More Definitions of Interconnection Agreements

Interconnection Agreements means one or more Interconnection Service Agreements entered into with National Grid which authorize the interconnection of the Solar Energy Facility with the local electric distribution system of National Grid, which confirms the entirety of or each unit of the Solar Energy Facility as eligible for treatment as a Net Metering Facility of a Municipality or Other Government Entity, as applicable.

Interconnection Agreements means any interconnection agreement described in section 7.9.1 of this SLA.

Interconnection Agreements means each Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between the Issuer and/or any Subsidiary Guarantor, on the one hand, and (a) BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (b) Sprint companies (including Sprint Florida Incorporated, Carolina Telephone, Telegraph Company and Central Telephone Company – North Carolina Division, United Telephone Company of the Carolinas, United Telephone – Southeast Inc., Central Telephone Company of Xxxxxxx and United Telephone – Southeast Inc.), or (c) Verizon companies (including Verizon Florida, Inc., GTE South Incorporated, GTE Southwest Incorporated d/b/a Verizon Southwest, Verizon Delaware, Inc., Verizon South, Inc., Verizon Maryland, Inc., Verizon New Jersey, Inc., Verizon New York, Inc., Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc., Verizon Virginia, Inc., Verizon Washington D.C. Inc., Verizon West Virginia, Inc.), on the other hand, and any agreement replacing any such Interconnection Agreement from time to time.

Interconnection Agreements mean the (a) Interconnection Service Agreement, dated June 19, 2012, entered into among Company, PJM and DPL with respect to the Red Lion Site, and the (b) the Standard Agreement for Interconnection, dated March 27, 2012, entered into by Company and DPL with respect to the Brookside Site.
