Driver Partner definition

Driver Partner means the licenced private-hire vehicle driver or a licenced Hackney Carriage vehicle driver providing transportation services under this contract;
Driver Partner means an independent provider of on-demand transportation services.
Driver Partner means a principal, employee or contractor of Customer: (a) who meets the then current Uber requirements to be an active driver using the Uber Services; (b) whom Uber authorises to access the Uber Services to provide Transportation Services on behalf of Customer; and (c) who has entered into the Driver Agreement.
