Protection Areas definition

Protection Areas means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇, and Protection Area 3, collectively. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇, and Protection Area 3 are each sometimes referred to individually herein as “Protection Area.”

  • Protection Areas may include lands under the jurisdiction of another agency as authorized by law.

  • Source Water Protection Areas and Drinking Water Protection Areas These protection areas are scientifically delineated boundaries around public water ▇▇▇▇▇ and intakes that define one and five year time of travel zones.

Related to Protection Areas

  • Wellhead protection area means the surface and subsurface area surrounding a water well or well field that supplies a public water system through which contaminants are reasonably likely to migrate toward the water well or well field.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;

  • conservation area means the areas of the mineral lease within the solid black boundaries on Plan E being respectively the reserves known as ‘▇▇▇▇’ ‘Serpentine’ and ‘Monadnock’, and parts of the reserve known as ‘▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇’;

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
