Outside Areas definition

Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
Outside Areas. No materials, supplies, tanks or containers, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials, inoperable vehicles or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain outside of the Premises except in fully fenced and screened areas outside the Building which have been designed for such purpose and have been approved in writing by Landlord for such use by Tenant.
Outside Areas. The “Outside Areas” shall mean all areas within the Property which are located outside the Building, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas. Leased Premises: All the interior space within the Building, including stairwells, connecting walkways, and atriums, consisting of approximately 32,820 square feet and, for purposes of this Lease, agreed to contain said number of square feet.

Examples of Outside Areas in a sentence

  • Tenant shall not, at any time, park or permit to be parked any recreational vehicles, inoperative vehicles or equipment in the Outside Areas or on any portion of the Property.

  • Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property which does or could (i) jeopardize the structural integrity of the Building or (ii) cause damage to any part of the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property.

  • Tenant shall not commit nor permit to be committed any waste in or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property.

More Definitions of Outside Areas

Outside Areas. The "Outside Areas" shall mean all areas within Assessor's Parcel No. 00-00-000 which are located outside the Building, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
Outside Areas means all areas which are located outside of and contiguous to the Building, as shown the Site Plan attached as Exhibit A, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped area, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
Outside Areas means all areas and facilities within the Project except for the Building and the other buildings located within the Project, including, but not limited to, parking areas, access and perimeter roads, sidewalks, landscaped areas, service areas, trash disposal facilities, and similar areas, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time made by Landlord governing the use of the outside Areas.
Outside Areas. The "Outside Areas" shall mean all areas within the Property not reserved for the exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant or any other tenant, which are located outside the Building, such as private roadways, pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas. Landlord reserves the right to make changes to the Outside Areas as it deems necessary, except that unless required by Law or the City (i) Landlord shall make no change to the Restricted Areas (defined below) without obtaining Tenant's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and (ii) Landlord shall make no change to any other portion of the Outside Areas which would permanently (x) reduce the number of parking spaces or impair vehicular circulation within the Property in the Restricted Area, (y) modify or close any driveway along Teller Street or otherwise permanently adversely affect access to the Property from Teller Street, or (z) impair the visibility of any signage on the exterior of the Building runless caused by the growth of existing landscaping. Landlord reserves the right to grant easements and access rights to others to use of the Outside Areas and shall not be liable to Tenant for any diminution in Tenant's right to use the Outside Areas as a result. In addition, the foregoing limitations shall not apply to any temporary closures arising out of any work or repairs done within the Property. As used herein, the term "Restricted Areas" means (i) the parking field immediately south of the Building (between the Building and Teller Street), and (ii) the parking field located to the east of the Building, as such areas are shown on the Site Plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. Leased Premises: All the interior space within the Building, including stairwells, connecting walkways, and atriums, consisting of approximately 23,598 rentable square feet, and, for purposes of this Lease, agreed to contain said number of rentable square feet as depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
Outside Areas. The “Outside Areas” shall mean all areas which are located outside the Building, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas. Leased Premises: Certain interior space within the Building, consisting of approximately twenty-five thousand and nine (25,009) square feet and, for purposes of this Lease, agreed to contain said number of square feet, as shown outlined on Exhibit “B” hereto.
Outside Areas means any area on the property that does not meet the definition of an "Indoor Area" but not limited to, stairways, patios, balconies, parking lots, playgrounds, both private and work vehicles on the property, and the swimming pool area (s).
Outside Areas means all areas within the Premises which are outside of the Building envelope, including, but not limited to, parking areas, driveways, sidewalks, access roads, landscaping, and planted areas. Landlord, from time to time, may change the size, location, nature, and use of any of the Outside Areas, convert Outside Areas into leaseable areas, construct additional parking facilities in the Outside Areas, and increase or decrease Outside Area land or facilities so long as Tenant's use of the Premises is not materially affected.
