DSCR Threshold definition

DSCR Threshold means the greater of (x) the Closing Date DSCR and (y) the DSCR on the last day of the applicable Test Period as described in Section 2.1(a).

DSCR Threshold means, with respect to any release of a Property, the greater of (x) the Closing Date DSCR and (y) DSCR immediately prior to such release.
