Due Diligence Report definition

Due Diligence Report means the due diligence report to be prepared by the old Corporation in terms of section 8A(12)(a);
Due Diligence Report means a report from the Technical Advisor prepared in accordance with the Agreed Scope of Work.
Due Diligence Report means the report of the Due Diligence Committee to the Directors, including all supporting documents and other work papers to which the Underwriter is given access for the purpose of the conduct of the Due Diligence Programme.
