Dutch Decrease definition

Dutch Decrease has the meaning specified in Sub-Clause 2.4 (Procedure for Decreasing the Dutch Note Principal Amount) of the Dutch Facility Agreement.
Dutch Decrease has the meaning specified in Sub-Clause 2.4 (Procedure for Decreasing the Dutch Note Principal Amount) of the Dutch Facility Agreement. “Dutch Deed of Non-Possessory Pledge of Vehicles” means the deed of non-possessory pledge of vehicles dated on or about the Signing Date, entered into by Dutch FleetCo as Pledgor in respect of the Dutch Vehicles and the Dutch Security Trustee.   • Increase has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.14.

  • Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.

  • Value Increase shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(d)(i).

  • Class B Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class B Certificates, which is $48,000,000 on the Closing Date, and the aggregate initial principal amount of any Additional Class B Certificates.

  • Decrease means a Mandatory Decrease or a Voluntary Decrease, as applicable.

  • Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means as of the end of any taxable period, (i) with respect to the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of those Partners’ Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items for each prior taxable period, (ii) with respect to the General Partner (as holder of the General Partner Units), the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the General Partner as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the General Partner’s Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items with respect to the General Partner Units for each prior taxable period, and (iii) with respect to the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items of the holders of the Incentive Distribution Rights for each prior taxable period.

  • Increased Amount of any Indebtedness shall mean any increase in the amount of such Indebtedness in connection with any accrual of interest, the accretion of accreted value, the amortization of original issue discount, the payment of interest in the form of additional Indebtedness with the same terms, accretion of original issue discount or liquidation preference and increases in the amount of Indebtedness outstanding solely as a result of fluctuations in the exchange rate of currencies or increases in the value of property securing Indebtedness.

  • Class A Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class A Certificates, which is $750,000,000 on the Closing Date, and the aggregate initial principal amount of any Additional Class A Certificates.

  • Class B-2 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:

The Utilization Plan shall demonstrate that the Vendor has either: (1) met the entire contract goal or (2) requested a full or partial waiver and made Good Faith Efforts towards meeting the goal.

  • Electric distribution system means the part of the electric system, after the transmission system, that is dedicated to delivering electric energy to an end user.

  • Restricted Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b)(iv).

  • Minimal sedation means a minimally depressed level of consciousness, produced by a pharmacological method, that retains the patient's ability to independently and continuously maintain an airway and respond normally to tactile stimulation and verbal command.   • Lower-Tier Principal Amount As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Series Invested Amount means the Initial Invested Amount.

  • CPI Increase means the percentage increase in CPI over the preceding Lease Year as calculated by the fraction whose numerator is (a) the most current CPI available on the date of calculation minus (b) the most current CPI available on the first day of the immediately preceding Lease Year in question (the “Base CPI”), and whose denominator is the Base CPI, but in no event shall the “CPI Increase” be less than zero.
