Dynamic Purchasing System means a completely electronic process, which has a limited duration, for making commonly used purchases, as more particularly defined and described in the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
Purchasing Entity means a state (as well as the District of Columbia and US territories), city, county, district, other political subdivision of a State, or a nonprofit organization under the laws of some states if authorized by a Participating Addendum, that issues a Purchase Order against the Master Agreement and becomes financially committed to the purchase.
Purchasing Party means a Party requesting or receiving a Service from the other Party under this Agreement.
Purchasing Member means a municipal utility which purchases electricity from a municipal electric cooperative association of which it is a member.
Approved purchasing system means a Contractor’s purchasing system that has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Part 44 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Purchasing Borrower Party means Holdings or any subsidiary of Holdings.
Purchasing group means any group which:
Purchasing Manager means the person duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to the Contract or his or her designee.
Purchasing Card or “P-Card” means The State of West Virginia’s Purchasing Card program, administered under contract by a banking institution, processes payment for goods and services through state designated credit cards.
Purchasing CLO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(d) hereof.
Masterworks Investor refers to an affiliate of Masterworks that has raised capital from unaffiliated third party investors to invest the proceeds in a diversified collection of artwork and which acquires Class A Ordinary Shares as part of such investment strategy.
Call Off Guarantor means the person acceptable to a Contracting Body to give a Call Off Guarantee;
Public purchasing body means the State or the subdivision or agency making a public purchase. Government Code Section 4550.
Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:
Grenfell Tower support payment means a payment made to a person because that person was affected by the fire on 14th June 2017 at Grenfell Tower, or a payment to the personal representative of such a person—
Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.
Purchasing Agent means the head of the City’s Purchasing Division, or a designated contact person acting for him or at his direction.
Ultimate purchaser means, with respect to any new motor vehicle or new motor vehicle engine, the first person who in good faith purchases a new motor vehicle or new motor vehicle engine for purposes other than resale.
Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.
Model 4 seller means a seller that is registered under the agreement and is not a model 1 seller, model 2 seller, or model 3 seller.
Purchasing Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;
Purchasing Lender shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(c) hereof.
Former Supplier a supplier supplying services to the Customer before the Relevant Transfer Date that are the same as or substantially similar to the Services (or any part of the Services) and shall include any sub-contractor of such supplier (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);
Prospective Purchaser has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(i) hereof.
BIDDER/Seller which expression shall mean and include, unless the context otherwise requires, his successors and permitted assigns) of the second part.
State Purchasing Agent means the director of the purchasing division of the general services department.
