Early Expiry Event definition

Early Expiry Event means at any time following the Closing Date, the volume weighted average trading price of the Common Shares on the CSE being equal to or greater than $1.25 per Common Share for a period of 10 consecutive trading days;
Early Expiry Event means the occurrence, at any time after the date that is four months and one day following the Closing Date, of the daily volume weighted average trading price of the Common Shares on the Exchange being greater than $0.70 per Common Share for a period of 5 consecutive trading days;
Early Expiry Event has the meaning given to that term in the third paragraph of this Agreement;

Examples of Early Expiry Event in a sentence

  • The Corporation may, within ten days after an Early Expiry Event, provide Early Expiry Notice to the Registered Warrantholders and Warrant Agent of the Early Expiry Event and thereafter, the Warrants will be subject to the Early Expiry Date.

  • If at any time the volume weighted average price of the Common Shares on any stock exchange upon which the Common Shares are listed as may be selected for this purpose by the Directors of the Corporation, acting reasonably, shall equal or exceed $1.50 per Common Share for a period of twenty (20) consecutive trading days, the Corporation shall be entitled, at the option of the Corporation, to exercise the Early Expiry Event by delivering an Early Expiry Event notice to the Holder of Warrants.

  • The Corporation may, within five Business Days after an Early Expiry Event, provide Early Expiry Notice to the Registered Warrantholders and Warrant Agent of the Early Expiry Event and thereafter, the Warrants will be subject to the Early Expiry Date.

  • An Early Expiry Event notice shall be delivered to each Holder within five (5) Business Days following such Early Expiry Event in the manner in Section 5(g).

  • An Early Expiry Event notice shall be delivered to each Warrantholder within five (5) Business Days following such Early Expiry Event in the manner in Section 10.2. In such case the Warrants will expire at 5:00p.m. (Toronto time) on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the Corporation.


More Definitions of Early Expiry Event

Early Expiry Event means the date, at any time after 4 months and 1 day have elapsed from the issue date of such Warrant, on which the Common Shares have traded on the CNSX (or other Canadian Stock Exchange)for a period of 20 consecutive trading days with closing prices equal to or greater than C$0.50;
Early Expiry Event means the occurrence, at any time, following the Listing Date, of the closing price of the Common Shares on the CSE being equal to or greater than $3.50 per Common Share for a period of 10 consecutive Trading Days;
Early Expiry Event means the occurrence, at any time after the date hereof, of the closing price (or closing bid price on days when there are no trades) of the Common Shares on the CSE being at least $0.75 for a minimum of 10 consecutive trading days;
Early Expiry Event means the occurrence, at any time, following the Listing Date, of the volume weighted average trading price of the Resulting Issuer Shares on the Exchange being equal to or greater than $1.50 per Resulting Issuer Share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days.
Early Expiry Event means the occurrence, at any time following the date hereof, of the volume weighted average trading price of the Common Shares on the TSXV being
Early Expiry Event means the date on which the Common Shares have traded on the TSX-V or the OTC-BB for a period of 30 consecutive trading days with an average closing price greater than $1.25; and if the average price on the OTC-BB is used, the Company shall calculate the price in Canadian dollars using the “$US/$CDN noon rate” as published from time to time on the Bank of Canada website;
Early Expiry Event means the occurrence, at any time, following the Liquidity Date, of the closing price of the Common Shares or the Resulting Issuer Shares, as applicable, on the CSE being greater than $1.75 per Common Share for a period of 20 consecutive Trading Days;
