Early intervention service coordinator definition

Early intervention service coordinator means a person who holds an early intervention service coordinator credential or an early intervention service coordination supervisor credential issued in accordance with rule 5123-10-04 of the Administrative Code and assists and enables an infant or toddler with a developmental delay or disability and the child's family to receive the services and rights, including procedural safeguards, required under part C.

  • Early intervention service coordinator credentials issued prior to the effective date of this rule shall remain in effect until they are scheduled to expire.

  • Early intervention service coordinator credentials and early intervention service coordination supervisor credentials issued on or after the effective date of this rule that have been expired for ninety or more calendar days shall not be renewed; the applicant shall be required to meet the requirements for the initial five-year credential in accordance with this rule.

  • Early intervention service coordinator credentials and early intervention service coordination supervisor credentials issued on or after the effective date of this rule that have been expired for fewer than ninety calendar days may be renewed upon completion of all renewal requirements of the expired credential.

  • Early intervention services means individual programmes for children with developmental delays or disabilities, or children at risk of being developmentally delayed or of having a disability, aged 0 to 6 years, aimed at providing assistance to the child and its family in the areas of physical, emotional, social and educational needs.

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor.   • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Project Coordination Unit or “PCU” means the unit referred to in Section II (1) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Early intervention means action to hinder or alter a per- son’s mental disorder or abuse of alcohol or other drugs in order to reduce the duration of early symptoms or to reduce the duration or severity of mental illness or alcohol or other drug abuse that may result.

  • Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.

  • Title IX Coordinator means an employee of the school district that coordinates the school district’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary contact for the parties and ensuring that the parties are provided with all notices, evidence, reports, and written determinations to which they are entitled under this policy and grievance process. The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for effective implementation of any supportive measures or remedies. The Title IX Coordinator must be free from conflicts of interest and bias when administrating the grievance process.

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.

  • Corrections support staff member means an adult or juvenile

  • Care Coordinator means the professional who assists members in care coordination as described in paragraph 78.53(1)“b.”

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Order Coordination refers to standard BellSouth service order coordination involving the reuse of facilities for SL2 voice loops and all digital loops, where Choctaw is requesting that their loop order be provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and Choctaw will be advised.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Coordinated Transaction Scheduling or “CTS” shall mean the market rules that allow transactions to be scheduled based on a bidder’s willingness to purchase energy from a source in either the NYISO or PJM Control Area and sell it at a sink in the other Control Area if the forecasted price at the sink minus the forecasted price at the corresponding source is greater than or equal to the dollar value specified in the bid.
