Early Repurchase Price definition

Early Repurchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.3(a).
Early Repurchase Price means the Purchase Price determined as if the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Purchased Securities is equal to the Early Repurchase Amount.
